Notice regarding change in company presidency

ARKRAY, Inc. (Headquarters: Kyoto City Nakagyo Ward) today announced a change in the company’s presidency at a meeting of its board of directors.
This decision is due to be formally confirmed at the company’s meeting of its board of directors following an ordinary general meeting of shareholders, expected in January 2012.

President and CEO: Mr. Takeshi Matsuda
Current position: Member of the board; Development and Manufacturing

The current President and CEO, Mr. Shigeru Doi, shall be appointed as Chairman.
